Food.The main basic necessity of every individual in this world. As generation keep evolving, the crave of having something different in anything and everything is very common. Many innovations have been done through time and recently there is something called 99 variety dosa where you get loads of dosa mixed with so many stuffings like pasta, chocolate, spices, cheese, butter and so on.

Chole Bature can be eaten at any time. It contains huge puri which channa. Though it is a stomach-filling dish Indians crave to have it. It would more yum with onions and lemon on the side, would complete the lovely dish. Any place or hotel you visit this dish is a must because of its taste and the puri they give is so different and yum.
This is one most loved snack of every Indian. Coming to India and not having samosa is not acceptable at all. It is deep fried with stuffed potato and peas inside, made out of wheat flour. It will be good to have it with green chutney. There is another kind of samosa that is prepared during Ramzan festival stuffed with non-veg or onion which is loved by all kind of people and will be soled within minutes.

Here paalak means spinach and paneer is cottage cheese. The cottage cheese is usually blended with salty water and the spinach gravy is added to it to give the perfect taste. This can be best served with chapathi or dosa.
8. Stuffed Paratha
Stuffed paratha is a kind of North Indian dish which is stuffed with potato, paneer, vegetable or anything which you can improvise. It is served with curd and pickle to give that sour and yum taste. Usually, more of North Indian have a lot of this dish, which is prepared in their houses also on daily basis.
9. Dam Aloo
This is a side dish which is basically made up of sweet potatoes with the addition to all kind of spices and masalas. It is best served while having curd rice or chapathi. People who love potatoes have to try this without fail.
